​Grand Belmont Apartments is a mixed-use multifamily building located along SE Belmont Street in Portland. The design incorporates a combination of brick, metal panel, and fiber cement materials to create a varied façade that reflects the character of the surrounding neighborhood. Large window openings and private balconies provide natural light and outdoor space for residents, while the ground-floor commercial frontage helps activate the street and support pedestrian activity. Changes in massing, material transitions, and recessed architectural elements add depth and scale to the building, creating a strong urban presence within the Belmont corridor.
